2017 was a fairly busy year for me, as you can see from previous posts.
I did a lot more hackathon and game jams compared to previous years.

A bunch of conferences related to VR happened in Seattle and Bellevue, which was very fortunate. I attend a few normally, and volunteer for a couple of them out of curiosity.

I was also selected to be part of this year’s Oculus Launchpad in the Summer. I spent 3 months afterward to build a mobile VR relaxation experience for Oculus GearVR and compete for funding. Unfortunately my project was not selected, but I still learned a lot.
So what’s next for 2018? Hopefully more learning opportunities, and maybe a chance to release a product.
